business management package for the salon business ,and is,
currently, offered FREE to salons throughout the English speaking world.

Agent was written as companion software to enable us to support our
software economically. Since then, Connection agent has evolved into a
major offering, with installations in the thousands throughout the
United States and Canada. This technology not only insures a
secure redundant connection to your corporate server, but also can
support a myriad of other functions such as:

fixes

- Error logs and hardware problems
reported via web portal, e-mail or pager

backup (as often as every 15 minutes) and recovery from our redundant
